On a rare Monday you see me blogging over here.
Haven't been ill for almost a year or so, and now here I am blogging while being on two days MC.
This time's combo was a lil' exaggerating till I don't know exactly how i made it to the doctor from work.
Cramps + Diarrhea + Vomiting + Nausea + Gastric.
All i know was i was in a super bad state that I literally vomited in front of my student while having class halfway, went to the toilet for diarrhea twice, cold shivers and sat in front of the toilet vomiting. Or rather, vomiting everywhere. And all i vomited was the water i drank and gastric juice. Damn.
It's a Sunday and there are only a handful of us working. Thankful for my colleagues being there for me and helping me before love arrived to send me to the doctor. It was so bad that they wanted to send me to Mount Elizabeth. Some of my class were canceled as well.
Could barely stand upright to walk to the clinic and shivered real badly while at the doctors, till the doctor got love to switched off his aircon and gave me a jab immediately.
Thank you love, for being there and taking care of me the whole time.
Really wouldn't want to experience this ever again, never.
Being healthy is still the best thing ever.
Anyway, visuals over the past weeks.
While at work:
The other day at Creamier. It was my off day and these girls decided to pop by to try Creamier since Yanling had been wanting to try it.
Sea salt gula melaka, Thai milk tea, Cookies and Cream and Chocolate.
In case you've missed this lil' girl :)
Hey Big bird Gretel
Random day we went for Korean BBQ since Jess was craving for it :)
Ssikekk Korean BBQ at United Square.
One fine day, we had lunch out of the office all the way at Ang Mo Kio.
Since Yanling and I couldn't decide what to have, we decided to get both! Ipoh hor fun x Laksa Yong Tau Foo. Best ever!
It was March Holiday Program's excursion! Onward to Port of Lost Wonder at Sentosa.
This place only permits adults with children to enter.
Random shot with Rhea. A few of us could not enter the park as we are not dressed appropriately. Requires us to be in full swimsuit. Meh.
Didn't know what to have for lunch, therefore Jess and I bought cupcakes. Bought 6 as Watsons member have discount! :)
Here is Jaden!
Oh cutie pie of the whole March Holiday Program. He is only three and he speaks fluently in dialects, both English and Chinese.
Moving on, spending maximum time with love :)
It's not very often he would suggest to go for cafes, but am glad he did :)
The other day at Kith Cafe.
The both of us are suckers for desserts and needs to have desserts to end the day. At least we try to have it.
Little pancakes! Second time there trying different combinations on their menu.
One Saturday, mum, sis and I were on off coincidentally. We decided to cook Thunder Tea over at Grandma's! Made our way to Grandma's market early in the morning before heading up to Grandma's house. Love came over too! :) And it was his first try eating this.
We always make our own 'prata' and wrap it with all the ingredients in it.
How i love my dish to be, soupy :) Major love for this delicacy i would say.
Oh Pepper :) Why do you always look so cute.
And on the same day, since it was the eighth,
Happy 56th monthsary love :)
The other day after my work,
since love and I had no clue on what to have for dinner, we settled on a random Jap restaurant. Everything there is being process by iPad besides the serving of food.
I'm lucky to have found someone who loves ramen as much as i do :)
Santouka Ramen at Orchard Central.
Ever since Jess told me about the new outlet of my favourite ice cream cafe, I'm so glad that it was pretty near to love's crib and we get to visit it. And to my surprise, it was less crowded than the one at Holland V, or perhaps it's just the timing we visited.
The Daily Scoop - since my other favourite ice cream flavour besides Minty Mint was not available, glad that the lady introduced me to the other flavour which i love it as well.
After ice cream, love decided to head to Handle Bar for high tea. Haha.
Always like this place for it's view and natural wind.
Food for the two of us. Chicken wings, Cheese fries and Pork ribs. Yummeh.
While making our way back home, sun rays shining through the clouds. Love nature.
Love and I wanted to have Creamier for desserts, hence we drove past it to check if there was a queue.
To our horror, the queue was so long and we decided to head to the other cafe.
The Dream Cafe. Belgium waffles with ice cream and Chocolate lava cake.
They had changed their concept and layout of the place since we first visited.
We drove past Creamier again after filling our tummy and the queue was even longer than before. Insane.
Anyway, heard that Creamier will be opening another store up at Holland V. Haha.
Didn't take a nice shot of this, but this is what i whipped up the other day.
My style of curry. Haha.
Till next time,
xoxo
