LANGKAWI TRIP PART I

Day 1 - 171211 (Saturday)
Tickets for KTM (train) to KL! It's a half day train ride.
Love's childhood friends
Our bagpacks! We are the bagpackers!
Love's brother
Pit stops along the ride
Food sold on the train. Yes, they do have a canteen cabin on the train

Upon reaching KL, we rushed for another train towards Arau. Although there was an hour interval that love planned, but things didn't go smoothly, as little did we expect to have delays in the KTMs. Delays is something that is very common over there.

Moving foward:
Day 2 - 181211 (Sunday)
A cup of warm milo to make ourselves warm while on the train.
Time check: 0525
The cabin canteen, nothing fascinating. But it was a good experience :) The canteen was so much warmer as compared to our seats. We suspect our aircondition were haywired.
A whole field of rice padi
Finally alighted from the super long train ride and reached Arau! Took a cab and head towards the jetty for our ferry.

Ferry tickets
Time check: 1054

Before boarding the ferry. Love and his friends.

After an hour of ferry from Arau, we finally reached our desired destination: LANGKAWI!!
Time check: 1203

Love and his brother on the van.
We took a van which was a flat rate of 60RM shared between 9 of us. Dirt cheap!
Our accommodation for the entire stay there. It comes with a superb view and sounds. It was located in the middle of the streets and right behind our motel, it is Langkawi's beach!
The room! Simple yet very comfortable.
Refreshed ourselves and hit the streets!
First meal in Langawi, shared with love: Tom Yam & Nasi Kampong.
Time check: 1543
Had my first fish spa with love!
Seriously, it's so cheap!
10 mins for 5RM; 30 mins for 12RM!
They chickened out after 5 mins. hahaha.
My turn with love!

View from our motel! Spot the beach!
I looooooove this shot by me! :)
Love and friends started playing soccer on the beach
Off they went into the sea

Group photo! The guys who loves soccer.

Van that caters finger food

Brought the rest of the guys to the fish spa we went earlier
A store that sells 2nd hand books.

Come to think of it, if you were to ask me what's for dinner on the second day, my reply would be: I have no idea, really.

Stay tune for the rest of the days of the trip!

xoxo

my love, you do wonders in my life.
who would have known you would be the one for me? :)
